Reactive Wind Turbine Monitoring Fault indications received from the wind turbines are recorded with the suitable software in three shifts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and handled immediately by our service project managers. The corresponding standards DIN/EN ISO 9001, DIN/EN 14001 (environmental protection) and OHSAS 18001 (occupational health and safety) are taken into account and applied when processing and troubleshooting malfunctions.
Active Wind Turbine Monitoring Several times a day the wind turbines are actively contacted to ensure that wind turbines which cannot transmit fault indications due to communication problems are not overlooked. The active monitoring activities are documented in our maintenance management system.
Troubleshooting After a thorough fault diagnosis troubleshooting activities are prepared by the responsible service project managers. After consulting the operator and checking the material and personnel availability the operations are initiated in the shortest possible time and within the response times agreed in the contract.
Service Hotline Our contract customers have access to our service hotline. In the event of a fault it provides information on the causes, the type and duration of the troubleshooting activities and the infrastructural measures that may be necessary.
